  • Dance for 10 minutes like no one is watching.
  • Have intensely passionate sex for 10 minutes.
  • Jog in place for 10 minutes.
  • Run outside for 10 minutes.
  • Use YouTube for 10 minute workouts.
  • Walk up your stairs for 10 minutes.
